I can't decide which technique I like the most. Which one do others like? I think the Three piece Head is most common but it would be interesting to know who uses what?

It is not how good of a puppet builder you are. It is are you the best that you can be.

I prefer the three piece head, but only because it is what I became used to from purchased patterns.

I really like the three-piece head method myself--it's what I've used most in my own puppet building. It's pretty much become second nature now when I start on a puppet!   Grin

The three-piece head is more stylistically compatible with the kind of shows I do, so it's what I use. Nip-and-tuck is very intriguing, and I am endlessly amazed at the possibilities it offers.

I like most Nip and tuck, for the variety of form you can make. The only think is for beginners like me, could result waste of foam!
